·          Executive sponsor/leader of a $5M J&J Pharma Enterprise Resource/Project Management system. Brought over 100 global colleagues together, utilized a 3-day “Accelerated Solutions Environment” to gain unanimous alignment of goals, selection criteria and process to select the tool.

New Product Development Leader –Project, Resource and Portfolio Management

Selected to lead a multi-company initiative in developing a New Product Development Process. Met weekly with J&J Pharma’s “Global Operating Committee” to review our progress and gain agreement on the design elements.

·          Led a team of drug development and commercial team members to design a new approach to managing J&J’s Drug Development process. The core design is being expanded to other recent J&J acquisitions and the model of how to do business.

·          Developed a “Deliverable Based” resource management system designed around standardized algorithms, complexity factors and scheduling anchor points.  The resulting approach continues to provide J&J with faster analysis and alignment of data in managing the business of drug development.

·          Created a drug development contract and contracting process between the therapeutic areas, functions and senior management. The contract process has increased the level of trust in the organization and provides an objective means to measure performance of the drug development organization.
